Taps & More - Steam Valve Original and Hollys of Bath - has added two new customer service reps: Kat and Ren along with updated and expanded telephone service. Past issues with erratic phone service have been corrected with a new phone system and expanded live connections from 8 AM - 8 PM EST. Additionally, inventory levels have recovered from the December factory burglary that depleted core inventory so that now you can realistically expect shipments within 48 hours of receipt. I faxed an order this afternoon and the folks at Taps & More shipped in twenty minutes! That'll make for a very happy customer.
